Todd E Surber
Todd is a native of Columbus, Ohio and moved to South Florida in 1978. He graduated from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA in 1994 and received his J.D. – cum laude from St. Thomas Law School in 1998. Todd was admitted to the Florida Bar and joined the staff of Independence Title that same year. With over 23 years experience in real estate law Todd is a President’s Circle Member of Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund and participates in the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar, the Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce and the Palm Beach Real Estate Council.
